• Full refund on Returns within 15 days & store credit on Exchanges within 30 days*
• Online orders are processed Tuesday-Saturday between store hours, 11AM-5PM
• Please allow 24 hours for processing online orders placed during weekday
• Online orders can be returned within 15 days of initial receipt
• Please contact our team with your return request.
• If an item is refused and sent back to us, initial shipping and return shipping will be applied against the credit note.
• All sale items are FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds). 
• Items must be unworn and tags still attached. All footwear must have zero creasing or damage to the soles in order to be returned.
