Returns & Refunds

• Online orders are processed Monday-Friday between store hours, 11AM-5PM
• Please allow 24 hours for processing online orders placed during weekday
• Online orders can be returned within 21 days of initial receipt
• Please contact our team with your return request. All returned purchases will either be issued a credit or exchange (minus the initial shipping charge), unfortunately no refunds.
• If an item is refused and sent back to us, initial shipping and return shipping will be applied against the credit note.
• All sale items are FINAL sale (no exchanges or refunds). Items must be unworn and tags still attached. All footwear must have zero creasing or damage to the soles in order to be returned.
